• After the finalization of an order, it is not possible to cancel or change the product. Detailed explanations for selecting the correct size are provided, and free consultation is recommended. If a size change is needed for shoes, shirts, or dishdashas, it is possible to exchange for one size smaller or larger. For this, the customer must send the product to the warehouse address and, after paying the re-shipping fee, receive the new item.
• In the case of a credit purchase (using a discount code or voucher), once the cart is finalized, legally, it is not possible to make changes to the cart or adjust the invoice amount due to reasons such as cancellation, removal, or modification of items or quantities. If the customer requests any changes, the voucher or discount code will be invalidated, and the amount cannot be refunded.
• For customers outside the country, Eshraq assumes no responsibility regarding the customs regulations of the destination country. If entry into the country is not permitted, tracking the shipment should be pursued by the recipient using the tracking code provided by the shipping company.

When you use Eshraq’s services, place an online order, make a purchase, or send an email, these communications are conducted electronically.
