Return Policy

  • If the purchased item has a defect or technical issue.
  • Any defects or technical issues must be reported to Eshraq within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the item.
  • It is necessary to keep the original carton and box of the products until the end of the 7-day period, and it is strongly advised not to discard them.
  • The use of this service is only possible if the item is returned to Eshraq in its original carton or box.
  • Labeling or writing descriptions, addresses, or any other information on the original carton or box of the item, or tearing and damaging it, will void the return warranty.
  • This service does not cover technical or cosmetic defects (such as breakages, scratches, and similar damage to the item’s body and decorative parts) resulting from improper use by the user.
    Improper use after the delivery of the item includes cases such as transportation and handling, installation and setup, adjustments, unusual applications, maintenance, and use that deviates from or is different from the manufacturer’s recommendations (as specified in the product manual).

  • If the purchased item does not match the specifications or physical appearance as described on the website.
  • In case of discrepancies, they must be reported to Eshraq’s after-sales service within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the item, either by phone, email, or in person.
  • If the discrepancy is visible without using the item, such as color or specifications listed on the body, the item must be in its original condition and unused.
  • Please contact the after-sales support experts before taking any action.
  • Please avoid sending the item without coordinating with Eshraq’s after-sales service.
  • For shipping, the item should be securely packed in its original box or carton.
  • If a technical defect, technical or physical discrepancy, or cosmetic damage is confirmed by Eshraq’s after-sales service experts, the shipping costs will be covered by Eshraq.
  • To reimburse the postage cost to the customer, a postal receipt with the postal company’s stamp must be sent along with the item to Eshraq. Additionally, a photo of the receipt should be emailed to services@eshraagh.com.
  • In case of withdrawal from the purchase, or if the defect or discrepancy is not confirmed by Eshraq’s experts, the cost of shipping and receiving the item back will be borne by the customer.
